Wolfburn is a whisky distillery located in Thurso, in the northern region of Scotland. The original Wolfburn distillery was founded in 1821 but ceased operations in the early 20th century and was subsequently dismantled. However, in 2013, a team of investors revived the distillery and resumed production. Wolfburn specialises in single malt whiskies, such as the Wolfburn Northland, Wolfburn Aurora, and Wolfburn Morven, utilising locally sourced barley and a diverse selection of casks, including ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry, and French oak. Wolfburn has established a strong reputation for its high-quality whiskies, recognised with multiple awards in international competitions.
