How do I place a bid?
To place a bid, simply log in to your account, find the whisky you want to bid on, and enter your bid amount. Confirm your bid to complete the process.
How do I know if I’ve won an auction?
You will receive an email notification if you win an auction. You can also check the status of your bids in the 'My Account' section under 'My Bids'.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
When will my purchased whisky be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an estimated delivery date. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days.
