Starward's Dolce single malt Australian whisky is uniquely intriguing and incredibly delicious. It was first aged in red wine casks from Australia, and then transferred to casks that previously held a rich dessert wine from the country. The dessert wine is reminiscent of a popular Sicilian style and has infused the whisky with notes of marshmallow and concentrated dried fruits.
