Springbank 24 Years Old Scoma 1993
Springbank 24 Years Old Scoma 1993
Springbank 24 Year Old Scoma 1993 (Glenscoma) is a single cask Campbeltown malt bottled to celebrate the 40th anniversary of German whisky shop Scoma. Distilled on 23 April 1993 and matured for 24 years in a refill sherry cask (#11), it was bottled on 27 March 2018 at 49% ABV. This is very much “classic dirty Springbank” with a more elegant, restrained sherry influence rather than a heavy-handed cask.

Why This Bottle Is Worth Bidding On
- Anniversary single cask Springbank for Scoma is a strong collector combination: clear story, single cask detail, and a tight outturn of 260 bottles.
- Refill sherry maturation keeps the distillery’s “funky/industrial” character front and centre, while adding a polished fruit-and-chocolate twist.
- The 50cl format is typical for some European retailer bottlings and can add to the niche appeal for Springbank completists.
