Macallan Edition No.1 is the first release of what is going to be an annual limited edition from the Macallan Distillery. A special selection of oak casks will be handpicked to crafted into an Edition each year, and Edition No.1 was introduced in 2015.
Macallan Edition No. 2 The second release 2016 is a collaboration between Bob Dalgarno and the Roca Brothers who run the world famous El Celler De Can Roca Restaurant in Catalonia, Spain. 48.2% abv.
Macallan Edition No. 3 The third release 2017 has been created in conjunction with Roja Dove, a highly respected ‘nose’ in the perfume industry. No. 3 is a blend of 3 types of cask bottled at 48.3% abv.
Macallan Edition No. 4 The fourth release 2018 is a intended to celebrate the design and craftsmanship involved in the new Macallan distillery which opened in 2018. A vatting of 6 types of cask. 48.4% abv.
Macallan Edition No. 5 The fifth release 2019 is a collaboration with the Pantone Colour Institute, who have designed the striking purple box to compliment the hue of this marriage of exclusively American casks. 48.5%
