Tasting Notes (producer)
Nose: Herbal and vegetal notes straight away (tomato plant, heather), followed by morello cherries and smoky bacon.

Finish: Coastal character comes to the forefront, with Longrow’s maritime edge lingering.

Why This Bottle Is Worth Bidding On
- Longrow Red releases are consistently chased, and the wine-cask element adds a distinctive twist to the distillery’s smoky, coastal DNA.
- Pinot Noir finishing brings red-fruit sweetness and a slightly savoury, earthy edge that plays nicely with peat and Campbeltown funk.
- Bottled at 57.1% ABV, so it’s a proper enthusiast’s bottle with plenty of intensity (and water-play potential).
