Speyside distillery Longmorn is known for its rich, toffee-like, luxuriously fruity character – and Highland Laird bottling does not disappoint. A vatting of three 2007 sibling casks, there’s a sumptiously velvet-like texture that envelops all manner of baked apple and white chocolate notes. A triumph from the indie bottler.
