Hibiki Blossom Harmony Limited Release (2021) - Hibiki is a blend of over ten malts and grains featuring Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita all aged in five types of cask. Hibiki Blossom is the second release of a limited edition series that uses Japanese cherry casks. Expect delicate, honeyed florals from their use of fragrant sakura wood as well as generous tropical fruit to taste.
