This is the 1st Batch of The Glenturret Triple Wood Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky, in the future batches will have the wax seal replaced with a normal foil cover. A combination of American sherry oak, European sherry oak and American bourbon oak casks.
Nose; Fresh orange peel, vanilla and peardrops.
Palate; Cedarwood, cinnamon coated marzipan and a hint of coconut.
Finish; Lingering oakiness.
