Inspired by the idea of forging a new path in French whisky, Bellevoye brings together the best of France’s terroirs and craftsmanship to create something truly exceptional.

This triple-distilled, non-peated malt is a blend of three of France’s finest single malts, sourced from the north, east, and southwest regions. Each component is crafted exclusively from French raw materials and aged in French oak barrels for three to eight years. The final blend is then finished for six months in barrels previously used for Sauternes sweet wine, imparting a distinctive elegance and complexity.
