Tasting Notes
Nose: Melon, cinnamon and sweet, salty parma ham. Honeycomb and chocolate follow, then soft peat develops with a caramel and lightly floral edge.
Palate: Balanced between soft peat smoke and sweeter, juicy notes of melon and savoury cured ham.
Finish: Fairly snappy, leaving a coating of sweet peat and lingering smoke.
