A six-year-old blended whisky from the creative indie bottler Thompson Bros, TB/BSW, is the result of a unique maturation process in a combination of refill and first-fill sherry hogsheads. This creates a deliciously fruity and spicy flavor profile. The nose is filled with aromas of plum sauce, miso, golden sultanas, cinder toffee, and coffee, while the palate offers notes of raisin loaf, buttered Jamaica cake, maple, cinnamon, nutmeg, and dried figs.
